Bring your church groups and let's give Camp Cargill the REFRESH it needs! There is something anyone can lend a hand with!


We provide assignments, tools, basic supplies, and lunch. Bring work clothes and willing hands. If you have lawn and garden tools, basic handheld tools, or cleaning tools, feel free to bring those as well!


  • Deep cleaning bleachers and bathrooms in The Rock
  • Deep cleaning of all building interiors
  • Clean and organize Conex boxes
  • Power wash golf carts
  • Power wash sidewalks
  • Attached signs to golf carts
  • Clean underbrush in the park area
  • Landscaping around the Worship Center and other buildings
  • Cleaning graffiti off bunk beds
  • Other projects as needed

2026 NextGen Conference

The Next Gen Leaders Conference is a two-day experience created for pastors, ministry leaders, volunteers, and church teams who are passionate about discipling kids, students, and young adults. In a rapidly changing world, the next generation needs leaders who are grounded in truth, fueled by purpose, and equipped with innovative strategies for ministry. This conference brings together dynamic speakers, practical breakout sessions, and soul-refreshing worship to help you lead with confidence, clarity, and renewed vision.


Registration and Pricing


  • $70.00 Per Attendee – Group of 5 get a group rate of $50 per attendee. This pricing last until February 18, 2026
  • $80.00 At the door per attendee – no group rate (no group rate available). Starting February 19, 2026.


Crewnecks are available for add on for NextGen Conference Attendee’s for $30. They will not be sold onsite. Deadline to add on a crewneck is January 30, 2026.

Plus a Pre-Conference Discipleship Discussion Roundtable

February 19-20, 2026

Discovery Church (900 E Main St, Yukon, OK 73099)

The purpose of this roundtable event is to gather kids pastors, student ministries pastors, and their teams to discuss what discipleship looks like. This is a NextGen event focusing on both kids and youth ministries. The majority of this conference will be focused on training from the national team and cohort conversations/roundtable discussions. The goal is to take a deeper look at the way local churches are doing discipleship. Relationship building and outcomes- based planning is a priority. The goal is for every leader to leave with an action plan that can be implemented immediately.
