Caring for Families, Loving Children
Rescue Day 2026
May 3, 2026
The devastating impact of sexual exploitation—physical, emotional, and spiritual—can seem insurmountable. Yet, through collective action, we are making a measurable difference. Thanks to your generosity, OKAG churches contributed over $44,000 toward this life-changing mission. We are honored to continue this partnership with Project Rescue for Rescue Day 2026, scheduled for Sunday, May 3, 2026. We invite your church to join us in raising awareness, inspiring action, and creating opportunities for transformation. Hosting an event or dedicating a service to this cause will help advance a global movement of compassion and faith in action.
To assist in your preparation, we have provided comprehensive resources, including slides, videos, a sermon starter, and promotional materials outlining the PLAN, the CAUSE, and the STORY. These tools are designed to make participation impactful and straightforward, and can be downloaded below. Thank you for your continued commitment to being part of the solution.
Together, we can bring freedom to those held in bondage.

About Compassion
We are committed to equipping churches and resourcing pastors in Oklahoma to reach the least, the last, and the lost in their communities. Inspired by Scripture, we believe in intentionally demonstrating God’s love through acts of compassion:
Caring for Orphans and Widows
“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.”
—James 1:27
Feeding the Hungry
“For I was hungry, and you gave me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited me in.”
—Matthew 25:35
Supporting the Impoverished
“For you yourselves know how you ought to follow our example. We were not idle when we were with you, nor did we eat anyone’s food without paying for it. On the contrary, we worked night and day, laboring and toiling so that we would not be a burden to any of you.”
—2 Thessalonians 3:7-10
Visit the Imprisoned
“I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ …‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’”
—Matthew 25:36-40
Foster Care Network
OKAG’s Foster Care Network is dedicated to reversing the Orphan crisis in the State of Oklahoma, helping leaders activate their churches and resource families to provide homes and loving support for children. See you can shape the future of kids and families and create lasting change in your community.
