Paul and Ashley Daugherty serve as the lead pastors of Victory Church in Tulsa, OK, where they lead with a heart to see people transformed by Jesus and empowered to live out their purpose. Together, they are passionate about building the local church, raising up the next generation, and strengthening families—starting with their own. Rob Hoskins is the president of OneHope, a global ministry committed to reaching every child and youth in the world with God’s Word. Since its foundation in 1987, OneHope has partnered with local churches and ministries worldwide to reach over 2 billion children and youth through Scripture engagement tools in hundreds of languages and formats, including print, film, and digital. Since becoming president in 2004, Rob has also led the development of innovative digital initiatives, such as the Bible App for Kids and the Kids Bible Experience in collaboration with YouVersion, to share the Gospel with new generations. Beyond his work at OneHope, Rob serves in various global leadership roles, including as a senior advisor to the World Evangelical Alliance and chair of Come Near (He Gets Us). Rob is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Come and See Foundation (The Chosen), with the goal of introducing the world to Jesus, one episode at a time. He is deeply committed to equipping Christian leaders worldwide and holds a Doctor of Ministry in World Missions and Cross-Cultural Studies. Rob and his wife, Kim, share a lifelong mission to “build young leaders and serve great leaders.” Together, they are proud parents and grandparents, and their work continues to inspire hope and transformation across the globe.

Jeff Leake has served as the Lead Pastor of Allison Park Church in Pittsburgh, PA, for more than thirty years. During that time, Allison Park Church tripled in size, while directly parenting thirty-one new churches and launching six additional campuses. Jeff Leake holds an MA in missiology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He is the author of five books, including Power for Life, which explores why every believer needs to be baptized in the Holy Spirit.
