Travis and Brittany Jones have called Richmond home for the past 13 years, where they planted Motivation Church in the South Richmond/North

Chesterfield area. Their mission is simple yet powerful: “God can take broken people and build them back together.”

With over 20 years of full-time ministry experience, Travis and Brittany are passionate about building a diverse, energetic, and Jesus-centered church where people from all walks of life can encounter hope and purpose. Their

approach to ministry is life-giving, authentic, and full of joy.

Together with their two daughters, Jalynn and Jayda, they love serving the local church, hosting family game nights, and soaking up sunshine whenever they can. Whether on the platform or in everyday life, the Jones family is committed to helping others discover the life God created them to live.
