Youth Pastor – Part-Time
New Life is looking for a staffer who is happy with their present vocation. We need someone who is excited about teenagers & their spiritual development. There are no office hours. Our staffer will be responsible for building a youth ministry from the ground up. Our present expectations are low. We need monthly opportunities for growth & fellowship. Weekly ministry will be on Sundays & possibly midweek services. We have no Sunday evening service at present. This is a low-impact position with minimal expectations. We understand that bi-vocational ministry is tough. As we grow, we believe God will open new doors for possible full-time ministry.

With that growth will come new opportunities for staff and outreach. We would also welcome a bus ministry if the candidate had experience in that area.

Youth/Associate
Woodward First Assembly in Woodward, Oklahoma seeks a dedicated and experienced Youth/Associate Pastor to join our team. This role arose after our current student pastor resigned after a 6-year tenure (8 total with our Lead Pastor) to go and lead Fairview First Assembly. The primary focus entails youth ministry, while also requiring maturity in adult ministry during select Sunday morning services in our Lead Pastor’s absence (the pastor has a ministry in Kenya and may be gone several times a year). Responsibilities encompass youth ministry services, youth relationship building and discipleship, hospital visitations, counseling, and normal day-to-day operational facets of a local church. Proficiency in music and media is a plus.
Our thriving youth ministry gathers 30-40 individuals every Wednesday, blessed with an established youth facility, a committed core of leaders, and a robust culture centered on mentorship and discipleship. Situated in a community of approximately 14,000 people, our church embodies a modern style while embracing Pentecostal worship, doctrine, and expression.
