STEPS FOR SUBMITTING A MINISTER'S MONTHLY REPORT ONLINE

  1. STEP ONE: SUBMIT THE MINISTER'S REPORT.
    Fill out the online report just as you normally would. Once you have completed the form, hit the "Submit" form button at the bottom of the page.
  2. STEP TWO: SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION.
    Once you have submitted your online report you will be directed to a secure "Checkout" page where you will then enter your credit/debit card information. (Notice: You will have to refill your contact information and the total amount of your donation in order for your card to process). You will then receive a confirmation email when your card has processed.

YOUR REPORT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL YOU COMPLETE BOTH OF THESES STEPS

All ministers credentialled with the Oklahoma District Council are required to cooperate with the giving policy by sending 60% of their tithes, from both secular and ministerial income, to the District Office on a monthly basis.
