WHAT IS THE HARRIS AWARD? The Harris award is given in honor of Reverend Ralph Harris, the founder of Speed-the-Light, and in memory of Eva Harris, the Speed-the-Light Pastor of the Century Award recipient and late pastor of Jack Fork A/G. The award is for 6th through 12th Grade students that most exemplify the "Spirit" of Speed-the-Light as evident by their commitment and compassion to reach this world through giving of their time and money. The winner will receive a $500 scholarship to the college of their choice.
WHEN WILL THE AWARD BE ANNOUNCED? The winner will be announced on Friday morning service (Oct 19) of Convergence.
