A: You must first hold credentials with the Assemblies of God. Contact Deana Smith in the Secretary/Treasurers Office for assistance with becoming a credential holder. Next make an appointment to visit with our District Missions Director, Lindell Warren. Contact Missions/Men’s Secretary, Kim Elliott for an appointment time.

A: If your church isn’t involved with LFTL you're missing a blessing! Contact our office to receive written materials explaining the LFTL program. Print the LFTL Councilman application PDF Form from the Registrations & Downloads center. Fill out the form and mail to the OK District Council.
