Credentialing Process
Please make your application as soon as possible. Make your request online by clicking here. We will then email you the proper form. Fill out the form online and e-mail it to tom.goins@okag.org. Be sure to fill in every space. Do not send fees. You will pay fees at your interview. If you do not have your transcript or photo, submit you application anyway. We will evaluate your application and respond to you very soon.
Process Overview
STEP 1:
REQUEST AN OFFICIAL APPLICATION
a. REQUEST CREDENTIAL APPLICATION
b. Wait for your forms to be emailed to you.
c. Complete the forms ONLINE and save them.
d. Email the completed form along with a photo and transcript to tom.goins@okag.org.
(If you do not have a photo or transcript, go ahead and email your application by itself.)
STEP 2:
WAIT FOR A RESPONSE
a. We will get back with you as soon as possible with further instructions.
STEP 3:
PASTOR'S INTERVIEW
a. Call your pastor to schedule this interview
b. Take Pastor's Interview Questionnaire with you
c. Have your Pastor complete the questionnaire and sign it
STEP 4:
PRESBYTER'S INTERVIEW
a. Call your Presbyter to schedule this interview
b. Take Presbyter's Interview Questionnaire with you
c. Have your Presbyter complete the questionnaire and sign it
STEP 5:
CREDENTIALS EXAM
a Call Deana at 405-475-1100 if you would like to schedule an exam.
STEP 6:
FINAL INTERVIEW
a. We will schedule you for a final interview.
b. All documents will be signed during your interview.
c. Credentialing Fees will be paid at this time.
